How does the FREE trial work?

The trial is a FULL 14 days of the Simple Call Plan, including all call tracking features, 1 free phone line, email and phone support, AND no calls from our sales team (we don’t have one).

What happens when the trial expires?

You have the choice to do nothing and discontinue or do nothing and continue with your Call Plan, thus losing none of your metrics you set up during your trial.

Is there telephone support for Message Metric?

We do offer telephone support. You can call or you can send us an email at support@messagemetric.com.

Where’s the fine print?

We treat you how we’d like to be treated, so there are no contracts, add-on fees or support restrictions. Our success depends on you being a happy call customer.

Will you teach me how to use the Call Platform?

Our Call Platform members get access to the training tutorials inside the Message Metric members area, which includes: Ongoing webinars, videos, action guides, and access to our support staff.

Can I bring my existing numbers with me to Message Metric?

Yes, absolutely and there is NO CHARGE to port your numbers into our system.

Can I take my number with me if I stop using Message Metric?
