After Hours Routing is a unique feature that allows you to change the the destination of the call tracking number based on days, open hours and holidays.
Using our simple account settings in the dashboard you can update all your numbers after hours routing in just a few seconds.
You can select your normal open hours for example Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Each day of the week is configurable to different hours.
You can mark off holiday dates like Memorial Day, Presidents Day, Christmas, New Years Day, etc.
Using the individual call tracking number configuration you can set different after hours numbers per call tracking number. You can turn off after hours routing on individual call tracking numbers.
